One to One

I'm privileged to work alongside families as a midwife and learn so much about what it is to be human along the way

Online Support £45 per hour

As a midwife, I know that many families do not receive the individualised care and the time they need to feel well supported in their pregnancy, birth and parenthood. Although some people are able to build a trusting relationship with their midwife, continuity of carer is not yet fully integrated into our maternity services.

Many people access antenatal education but can still end up feeling guilt or disappointment when things don't turn out as they'd hoped. Often finding the balance between between empowering ourselves with information while remaining open to the unpredictability of birth is harder than it seems.

If you would like additional care or longer-term support during your pregnancy or after your baby is born, I would love to hear from you!

You may like to focus on a particular type of birth preparation, or you may want to combine different practices like hypnobirthing and yoga. You may want sessions as an individual or a couple - whatever your preferences I am always happy to tailor my services to best meet your needs through virtual appointments.

"I really enjoyed your energy and enthusiasm for all things birth. You brought a special air of calm and confidence to the sessions which really put me at ease." Amanda

"We wanted to say a huge thank you for all the care you have given us both antenatally and postnatally. You have been so kind and generous with your time. We honestly couldn't have asked for better care or wished for anyone else to have helped us on this journey - you have been amazing!" Sarah & Tim

"Tamsyn is incredibly kind, calm and grounded, giving her an amazing ability to steady those around her. She holds space for the women she cares for, enabling them to explore their feelings and experiences openly. She empowers women to prepare for birth and motherhood, in a way that feels right for them and their babies." Harriet
