with Jess, midwife, dancer and birth educator
A weekly pregnancy circle to connect to yourself, your baby and others navigating the path of pregnancy towards parenthood.
Mondays 7-9pm at Carnegie Library Hub SE24 0DG
Enjoy gentle movement, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, creative activities and peer support. Classes also include information about birth in response to the needs of participants along the way. The class follows the same rhythm each week, so that new healthy habits can be more easily integrated through repetition and simplicity.
We are passionate about holding a space of curiosity to cultivate self-trust and peer support.
with Amanda from Fertility Rising
Join us to explore the seasons of our menstrual and life cycles through the lens of yoga.
Each week will focus on a season of the menstrual and life cycle to explore its superpowers and challenges:
Winter and Crone Years; Spring and Menarche; Summer and Fertility; Autumn and Perimenopause
Amanda is a fertility awareness educator and yoga teacher. She helped me learn more about myself through understanding my menstrual cycle, so I'm really excited that we're now working together on this summer yoga series.
In collaboration with City University London
The Midwives' Circle brings together people in the birth world to learn simple yoga tools to help prepare for and unwind from the demands of their work.
